Inward Facing Cameras Have arrived!!!

Brothers,

It has been brought to the attention of this office that foreign
line locomotives equipped with inward facing cameras have
been arriving on the property.  Please inform your
membership that they should assume that these cameras
are actively recording at all times and to make every
effort to remember this at all times during their tour of
duty on these locomotives.  It is imperative that they
do not interfere or tamper with  these devices to avoid
 any chance of discipline.

PLEASE NAVIGATE TO THE CLAIMS SECTION FOR INFORMATION REGARDING PENALTY CLAIMS FOR THESE CAMERAS

If you have any concerns about an investigation notice that you may have received please contact Marty Fox (815) 751-2741 directly. Don't count on him receiving a timely copy of the notice. Also, if you place a copy of any claims/declinations in the box at eola please let Marty know about it. Thanks.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DECLINATION ON A CLAIM PLEASE DO NOT FORWARD IT TO THE LOCAL CHAIRMAN VIA TSS. PLEASE FILL OUT AN R-100 AND INCLUDE ANY RELEVANT INFORMATION, PLACE IT INTO THE BLE CLAIMS BOX AT EOLA AND LET MARTY FOX KNOW IT IS THERE. THANKS!
